To update your email and username for login, please follow the steps below:
Login to SAFe Studio
Click your name in the upper right-hand corner.
Select My Settings
Click the sub-tab Account Settings*
Edit both email and username from this page.
Click Save at the bottom of the page
You will receive a confirmation email. Please confirm this change to finish this process.
*Ensure you update both email and username from the 'Account Settings' page. There is an email update option on My Profile, but this only updates one of the two necessary fields.
If you do not have access to your previous email/username, please reach out to [email protected]. Provide us with the current email associated with your account and specify the email you now want to use. Our support team will get it updated for you.
