How to Earn Collaborate Achievement Credits

Each Collaborate belt level requires

  • An overall achievements credit minimum

  • Specific minimums of facilitation credits, production credits, or both.

Looking to achieve Collaborate production credits?

  • Create an event in Collaborate OR set yourself as the "producer" when adding Collaborate activities during course setup in Community

  • An activity (forum) within a Collaborate event or classroom must have

    • at least two people join

    • at least 20 "actions" (such as adding items to the board, participants joining, running a dot voting session, linking items, etc).

Looking to achieve Collaborate facilitation credits?

  • Get added as a Facilitator to an event in Collaborate OR as an Instructor during course setup in Community (for a course that has Collaborate activities added)

  • Join the activity (forum) within the Collaborate event or classroom

  • An activity (forum) within a Collaborate event or classroom must have

    • at least two people join

    • at least 20 "actions" (such as adding items to the board, participants joining, running a dot voting session, linking items, etc).

Special notes:

  • Stay active in creating and facilitating events in Collaborate to avoid credit expiration!

  • When the event or course is over, you will see the credits updated on your Achievements page in Collaborate, usually within a day.

  • A classroom or workshop can be composed of multiple activities (forums). In those cases, event creators (producers) and facilitators will receive credit for each activity (forum) within that event that meets the criteria described above.

  • Training credits are currently not in use.
