To add another instructor in Collaborate, please follow the below steps.
After Logging in to Community and creating the course, add Collaborate activities.
Only the Producer (named individual listed under the Collaborate Activities in Course Admin) can do the following steps.
Access Collaborate from the "Implement" tab in SAFe Studio
Click on the event you wish to add the instructor to
Go to the "Attendees" tab of the event
Use your fellow instructor's email addresses to add them to the course and assign them the default "Participant" role.
The "Facilitator" role will not be available until AFTER they are added to the event and appear in the Attendees list.
Once they appear in the Attendees list, but BEFORE they access the event for the first time, you can change their role to "Facilitator "to grant them the appropriate permissions.
If they have already accessed the event themselves, they cannot be made a Facilitator at this time. We recommend turning on "Shared Facilitation" in the settings though this will provide limited extra permissions to the whole course.
