Feedback Scores
How are the star ratings calculated?
These ratings are pulled from existing feedback scores from a list of current trainers. This is a 365 rolling average of the feedback scores associated with that partner.

Partner Feedback Rating Score
When does a trainer roll off from the feedback scores?
Feedback scores are a snapshot of the past 365 days of a partner. The trainer will roll off as the classes they taught are no longer a part of that timeframe.
Why do the scores in the feedback report differ from those displayed on the Calendar?
The scores in the report and those on the Calendar can differ for several reasons.
Inclusion of Scores: The scores in the report include both Public and Private Instructor scores, whereas the Calendar only shows an average of Public Knowledge and Training scores. The difference in score components can lead to disparities.
Timeframes: Since the dashboards have different filters, it is frequently the case when discrepancies are noted that there are date filters set that may be affecting the presentation of the data. These may differ from the specified timeframe of the calendar and, as a result, produce a different score.
The differences in score calculations and the inclusion of different score components, coupled with variations in selected timeframes, can lead to disparities between report scores and those on the Calendar. It is essential to consider these factors when comparing scores.
Run Rates
How is the Run Rate calculated?
This is the number of PUBLIC Classes taught (with at least 1 attendee) with an end date in the last 365 days divided by the total PUBLIC classes posted on the calendar with an end date in the last 365 days. In simplest terms, if a class was run, it counts as a ran class; anything else does not count as a ran class and therefore counts against a run rate.
If an SPC or SPCT leaves a company, does the data stay with the departing partner, or does the run rate data go to the new partner?
The data stays with the Partner that the instructor was associated with when the course event occurred.
Calendar Management FAQs
My data doesn't appear accurate. How can I confirm the data that counts my classes and calendar listings?
Please send all inquiries about your data to [email protected].
How are calendar credits consumed?
Each public course created in your Admin account with a scheduled run date of the date it was created or later will count toward your Public Classes Scheduled total.
The Public Classes Scheduled and Calendar Listings Available are the total number of classes you can post on the calendar.
How do I make my courses visible?
To make courses visible on the training calendar, the course Admin will need to verify that each course has the correct number of instructors assigned to the course and that the assigned instructor has the updated and appropriate validation to deliver the course.
Please remember to check that your organization has enough credits to post the class.
I created a public course that is not on the training calendar. What should I do?
Please send all inquiries about your data to [email protected] or your account manager.
What does 'listing' mean?
This means posting your public class on the Scaled Agile training calendar.
When I post the class, do I consume one of my credits?
Yes, once a class is posted, it consumes a credit.
Are these credits awarded annually?
Each partner receives a bulk number of credits when joining the partnership. After this, the only way to earn more credits is to post and complete classes.
Do credits get carried forward into the next year?
Your balance will continue to carry over for as long as you are a partner in good standing.
How soon do the earned credits reflect on the dashboard after a class?
You will earn three credits following the successful redemption of licenses and roster upload.
Does this also apply to private classes?
The system only applies to public courses listed on the calendar.
Will I earn credit for an enterprise (private) class?
No, private classes will not earn any credits.
Can partners purchase credits?
Not at the moment.
When posting a public class, how soon will the credit be consumed?
Once the listing is within two weeks of the start date, the credit is consumed.
Can I reschedule my public course listings?
15 or more days before the start date:
Any public class can be rescheduled 15 or more days before the start date.
14 or fewer days before the start date:
The class cannot be rescheduled once you are within the two-week start date.
If I cancel a course, will my credit for that course be returned?
If the course is canceled 15 or more days before the start date, the credit will be added back to your available credit balance.
What is the reasoning for the two-week policy for credit redemption?
The immediate marketing value of the calendar benefit is received once you post a public class. We understand the need to change and adjust, but repeated cancellations will harm the customer experience.
