The Assessments (and their associated recommendations) can be located on the Comparative Agility platform. Access to these platforms is located in the SAFe Community, after logging in, under the "Measure -> SAFe Assessments" tabs.

The Agile Product Delivery (APD) Assessment is designed for enterprises to measure and improve the technical and business practices needed to succeed in the Agile Product Delivery competency.
What tools are available to help act on the results of the assessment?
Growth Recommendations have been created to help enterprises improve in their key opportunity areas. There are multiple Growth Recommendations for each statement within the assessment. Growth Recommendations start with a root cause of why an enterprise might score low in that specific area. They include an activity the enterprise can perform along with a resource to help them perform that activity. Additionally, an expected outcome is included so enterprises know what growth is expected from completing the activity.
