Yes, the reshaped partner program offers new tools, resources, and distinctions that provide more value and additional ways for your partnership to differentiate in the market. We have a new agreement that all partners will need to sign

​What is a 'region'?
SAI regions are defined as EMEA (Europe, The Middle East, Africa), Americas (North and South America), and APAC (Asia-Pacific).

​How many regions are covered by the new agreement?
Silver and Gold partnerships cover a single region. However, you’ll notice that the fee to join Business Partnership Gold has been decreased by $5k. Additionally, the type of partnership you have with Scaled Agile will confer different benefits. Contact your account manager or partner success manager for more information or login to SAFe Studio and review the partner benefits.

​How can I add a region and is there an additional cost?
Silver Partners and above are eligible to add regions for 5k. Contact your account manager or partner success manager for more information.

We want to give customers the ability to find partners in their region and minimize confusion. To help partners grow their business in their regions.

​How are the 'Classes Taught' counted?
​This is the total number of all ILT courses taught by a Partner, all time with 6 or more attendees (this includes courses taught before becoming a partner as well).
