To post to the Scaled Agile, Inc. public calendar, you must be an Admin on a Gold SAFe® Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT), Gold Partner, Silver Partner or other qualified Partner account and be set up as an Account Administrator for the partner company.
If you are an administrator, you will need to create the course listing in the Course Admin section of the SAFe Community Platform. Follow these steps:
Log in to SAFe Studio
Click the Teach & Manage > Course Admin tab
Click the My Course subtab
Click the New button to enter the required course details
The Partner Registration URL is the link to the registration page you have already created for this course
Enter all of the course details and click Save; this will take you back to the Course Admin page and the list of courses for your organization
Click the title of the course you just created and click the Add Trainer button
Enter the name of the trainer for the course and click Search
Find the instructor from the list and click the Add button
You can add multiple trainers to the course by repeating steps 6, 7, and 8. A trainer must be added for a course to display on the calendar.
