If you are an individual SPC and are not affiliated with a Scaled Agile Partner Organization, you are not authorized to teach public remote or in-person courses.
Public SAFe training is Partner-only. This applies to public SAFe courses generally, including AI-Native courses.
What is considered a public course?
Public courses are defined as SAFe courses with open registration to the general public or to individuals from multiple organizations. Public courses may be promoted and delivered by authorized Scaled Agile Partner Organizations, subject to the Partner Program requirements and the instructor's course-specific teaching qualifications.
What can I teach as an independent SPC?
As an independent SPC, you may continue to deliver private SAFe courses for a single enterprise or organization, provided you meet the applicable teaching requirements for the course.
Private courses may be delivered remotely or in person.
For any course you teach, you must:
Maintain the required active SPC certification and course-specific trainer enablement or validation.
Follow the applicable SAFe training and courseware policies.
Ensure that all attendees are properly rostered, as required.
What about AI-Native courses?
AI-Native follows the same Partner-only requirement for public delivery.
Being an SPC, ASPC, or SPCT by itself does not authorize you to teach AI-Native courses. AI-Native instructor eligibility has additional requirements, including the applicable AI-Native certifications and trainer enablement.
For public AI-Native training, you must be associated with an AI-Native Partner and meet the applicable AI-Native Trainer requirements.
To teach AI-Native courses, you must meet the applicable AI-Native Trainer requirements, including completing the required AI-Native Trainer Enablement. For public AI-Native training, you must also be associated with an AI-Native Partner.

What if I want to offer training to the public?
If you want to offer public SAFe training, you must do so through an authorized Scaled Agile Partner Organization and meet any teaching requirements for the specific course.
Important distinction
SPC certification gives you teaching eligibility for applicable SAFe courses; it does not by itself give you authorization to operate public SAFe training independently.
Public SAFe course: Partner-only
Public AI-Native course: Partner-only, with applicable AI-Native Trainer requirements
Private SAFe course: May be delivered by an independent SPC
Remote / Virtual public delivery: Partner-only
