If you are experiencing technical issues in SAFe® Studio, try the following:
Check your browser - We recommend Chrome and Firefox. Internet Explorer is known to cause issues with video playback.
Check your Internet connection - It is important to have a strong, reliable Wi-Fi connection to ensure the videos play without issue.
Check your server - Make sure there are no restrictions to watching video content on your server (ex., firewall settings). This is especially relevant when accessing our content from a company computer or VPN.
Clear your cache - A fully loaded cache can cause technical difficulties when trying to play videos.
Check your JavaScript plugin - This must be current for the videos to play.
