As an SPC teaching classes, you have the option of uploading a roster before a class starts. Uploading the class roster in advance provides students with access to course materials and study resources ahead of time so that they can prepare for your class.
Once your class concludes, you will need to return to the course listing and mark each person who participated as “attended,” which gives them access to the certification exam.
To mark participants as having attended, follow these instructions:
Log in to SAFe Studio
In the left-hand navigation select Teach & Manage
Click on the Course Admin tab.
Click the title of the course in “My Courses.”
Navigate to the “Attendees” section.
Check the Attended box.
Alternatively, you can load (or re-load) the roster with all the participants marked as attended instead of one by one.
The 30-day exam window is calculated from when the participants were marked “attended.”
