How do I access or update my invoices?

I need to update my invoice. How can I download my invoice. The information on my invoice is wrong.

You are able to access your invoices by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to SAFe Studio

  2. Click on your name in the top right

  3. In this drop down menu, click on Invoices

  4. To download an invoice click on the green icon under Invoice

Q: How do I update my invoice information?
A: Once a purchase has been completed, invoices cannot be edited directly. To request an update, please contact our Support team. Be sure to include your invoice or order number and provide the updated information using the format below:

Invoice Update Fields:

  • Billing Company Name

  • Billing Street

  • Billing City

  • Billing State/Province

  • Billing Zip/Postal Code

  • Billing Country

*Please note: Only purchases made directly from the Community Platform will be listed in My Invoices. For all other purchases, including course registrations with a Partner organization/instructor, please reach out to that Partner directly for your invoice. Scaled Agile Inc. does not maintain billing information for our Partners.
