Employees of a Scaled Agile Partner can receive access to the Partner Portal if their professional email address is verified.
To verify your professional email, please follow these steps:
Log in to SAFe Studio
Click your name in the upper-right corner
Click My Settings
Once in My Settings, scroll to Professional Info
Update your company email in the Professional Email field
Click the green Save button at the bottom of the page
Scroll back to the top of the page and click the box that says Change my Company
Click Verify Email
You will receive an email with a verification link
Click the verification link and return to your My Settings page and refresh
Click the Change my Company button to display the Choose a Company field (for more instructions you can visit our FAQ here).
Click in the box for the drop down menu
Click on your company from the list
Click Save
