How do I download my Course Completion certificate?
After completing a course, your Course Completion certificate will be available on your "Learning Plans & Exams" under the Achievements tab.
Course Completion certificates are issued for attending a course, not for upgrading an existing certification.
We recommend downloading a copy of your certificate for your records.
You can get there by navigating to: Learning Plans & Exams > Achievements
Or by following the steps below:
After logging in, click the Learning Plans & Exams
Locate the Achievements tile and click Achievements
Find the course you are looking for. If there is a green acquired tag, you can click on your Course and you will be redirected to print or download your certificate.
