How do I print the digital student workbook for my students?

Starting with version 5.0.1, inside the courseware kit there are updated printing instructions for printing the digital student workbook. Please note that instructors may choose if they would like to provide the workbook in full color or in grayscale. If instructors choose not to print the workbook they must pre-roster the class to ensure students can access the platform and the digital student workbook prior to the first day of class.
