Auto-Renewal FAQs

With our new Auto-Renewal functionality, you can then set up your payment information once and not have to worry about it again because it will automatically renew when your membership is about to expire. This means no more lapses in your certification benefits. You’ll also have the option to cancel auto-renewal at any time.

Memberships are non-refundable

To enroll in the auto-renewal, follow the steps below:

  1. Visit the "Auto-Renewal" page in SAFe Studio

  2. Select the Enroll button next to “Not enrolled in Auto-Renewal.”

  3. Enter your payment information and press the “Save” button

  4. Agree to the terms by checking the box

  5. Click the Enroll button

  6. You’ll know it’s complete when you see the “Enrolled!” message appear thanking you for enrolling in auto-renewal

  7. On the certification page, you’ll now see the text “Automatically renews on DATE” under renewal details.

To unenroll in the auto-renewal you can do so from the same page mentioned above, by following the steps below:

  1. Visit the "Auto-Renewal" page in SAFe Studio

  2. Click on "Edit Auto-Renewal"

  3. Click on "Unenroll from "Automatic Renewal"

  4. Mark the Checkbox "I understand" after reading a brief popup window

  5. Click on "Unenroll"

  6. You will see a confirmation that your Automatic Renewal has been stopped.
