How do I access it?

As an active SAFe-certified professional, accessing SAFe Connect is simple and seamless with your existing Studio credentials.

Via Studio Navigation Menu:

  1. Log in to Studio using your SAFe credentials.

  2. From Connect navigation menu, look for "SAFe Connect" menu item.

  3. Click to launch SAFe Connect directly—your session will transfer automatically.

Direct Access:

  • Visit connect.scaledagile.com and sign in with your Studio username and password.

  • Ensure your membership is active for full access; renew if needed via Studio.

Is this replacing the community Forums?

Yes, SAFe Connect is the enhanced, member-exclusive evolution of our old SAFe Community forums. Building on the forums' foundation in Studio, it delivers live discussions, events, and networking in a modern, community-driven space.

Key upgrades include:

  • Curated conversations: Streamlined forums on SAFe challenges, 1-1 Members Conversations, and certified member Role-Based events

  • Role-specific private groups: Exclusive access for Certified SAFe Practice Consultants (SPCs,) Scrum Masters (SSMs), RTEs, Lean Portfolio Managers (LPM) , Product Owners and Product Managers (PO/PM, APM),

  • Global connections: In-person meet-ups and direct messaging with over 2 million certified peers.

Your existing Studio login works seamlessly—access via the navigation menu or directly at connect.scaledagile.com.

What are the benefits of SAFe Connect?

Why can I not access SAFe Connect?

Access to SAFe Connect requires an active SAFe membership. Most access issues are due to one of the following three reasons:

1. Your Membership/Certification has Expired
Verify the status of your SAFe certification or membership and renew if needed. Learn more HERE

2. You Recently Changed Your Username
When you change your username, it can take up to one week for the system to fully update and restore your access to SAFe Connect.

  • Action: If the change was less than a week ago, please wait a few more days. If it has been over a week, please contact the Scaled Agile Support Team.

3. Other Technical Issue
If you have a current, active membership and have not recently changed your email, please try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.
