​Is the e-learning component required to be completed ahead of the live, facilitated session?
Yes, it is required to complete the e-learning component ahead of attending the live session. The e-learning contains critical information you will need to reference during the live, facilitated session and it is important that you complete it ahead of time.

​Who can take a SAFe Micro-credential course?
Anyone who is interested. Each course has a target audience but can be valuable for anyone interested in growing their skill set in specific ways. It is recommended (though not required) that learners have some SAFe training to provide a foundation for impactful learning.

​How long does a SAFe Micro-credential course take to complete?
The self-paced, e-learnings that are required to be completed prior to the facilitated session take learners no more than 2 hours on average to complete. The half-day, facilitated session is designed to be completed in approximately 4 hrs.

​How do I find the price of a class?
After you find a class on the Training Calendar, click the class and then click the blue Register button. This will take you to the provider's web page, where pricing will be listed. Pricing varies by provider. All of the providers featured on the Training Calendar are Scaled Agile Partners. (If you are interested, you can find out more about the Partner Program.)

If you have additional questions about pricing, the agenda, or anything related to the registration of a specific course, reach out directly to the company providing the training. Although Scaled Agile, Inc. is the provider of SAFe Micro-credential badges and content, many courses are hosted by partner organizations.

​Are SAFe Micro-credential courses included in my SAFe Studio access?
No, these courses are not included as part of SAFe Studio but can be purchased via the Scaled Agile Training Calendar.

​Are Instructors required for Micro-Credentials?
Yes, the Micro-Credential must be delivered by a Validated SPC.

​Are SAFe Micro-credential courses included in an SES?
No, these are outside the SES and can be purchased via e-commerce or Bulk Purchase Agreement.

​Does my partner discount apply to the cost of the license of a SAFe Micro-credential course?
Yes, as a partner you will receive your discount on the cost of licenses for SAFe Micro-credential Courses.

​Is there a certification or recognition that is earned upon completion of the course?
Yes. Learners receive a SAFe Micro-credential badge upon completion of the course. SAFe Micro-credential Courses don’t just impart knowledge; we empower learners with industry-leading recognitions that speak volumes about their expertise in Agile practices. Upon completion, learners will receive a SAFe Micro-credential badge that is a testament to your commitment to Agile excellence and your ability to drive impactful change in your organization.

​Do recognitions earned from SAFe Micro-credential courses expire or have renewal criteria?
No. SAFe Micro-credential Badges do not expire nor have renewal criteria.
