Q. What is SAFe Jumpstart?
A. SAFe Jumpstart is a self-paced, online learning series designed to educate learners on the foundations of Lean, Agile, and SAFe while introducing the look and feel of working on an Agile Release Train (ART) and Agile Team.

Q. How can I access SAFe Jumpstart?
A. In order to access SAFe Jumpstart, you must be a member of a SAFe Enterprise or Partner. SAFe Enterprise and Partner members have the ability to self-assign this online learning series from the "Role-Based Learning" page under the "Go to Online Learning" tile on the SAFe Studio Homepage. Additionally, SAFe Enterprise admins can assign SAFe Jumpstart to anyone on their SAFe Enterprise Subscription. Click here to learn more about SAFe Enterprise.
Q. How much does SAFe Jumpstart cost?
A. SAFe Jumpstart is included at no additional cost to SAFe Enterprise or Partner learners in SAFe Studio.
Q. Who should take SAFe Jumpstart?
A. SAFe Jumpstart is great for learners who are new to Agile, Lean, and SAFe and have recently joined an Agile Team and ART. Additionally, those working with ARTs but not on an ART would benefit from taking SAFe Jumpstart.
Q. Are there prerequisites for taking SAFe Jumpstart?
A. There are no prerequisites for SAFe Jumpstart.
Q. What happens if I click out of a module?
A. If you have to stop a module at any time, you can come back to it where you left off.
Q. What will I have learned after completing SAFe Jumpstart?
A. On completion of the SAFe Jumpstart online learning series, you will be able to:

Q. What will I get after completing SAFe Jumpstart?
A. On completion of the SAFe Jumpstart online learning series, you will receive a Ready for SAFe digital badge that can be shared and/or displayed electronically.
Q. How do I view and access my Ready for SAFe digital badge?
A. To view and access a SAFe digital badge, you will first need to opt-in via your SAFe Studio profile. On completion of the SAFe Jumpstart online learning series and once opted in, you will receive an email asking you to claim your digital badge.
Q. Do I need to renew the badge?
A. The Ready for SAFe badge has no expiration; therefore, you do not need to renew it at any point.

Q. What is the difference between SAFe Jumpstart 5.1 and SAFe Jumpstart 6.0?
A. SAFe Jumpstart 5.1 is based off of SAFe 5.1 and SAFe Jumpstart 6.0 is based off of SAFe 6.0. Any updates that were made to the Scaled Agile Framework for 6.0 are reflected in the content available in the SAFe Jumpstart 6.0 modules.
