What are SAFe Skills?
SAFe Skills is a library of self-paced, on-demand learning designed for immediate impact. They focus on practical, agile, and soft business skills directly applicable to the day-to-day challenges of agile transformations.
SAFe Skills:
· On-Demand (e-learning in Studio) only
· 1-hour or less to complete
· Focused on increasing a learner’s skills needed for their role or in a specific competency
· A digital badge is earned upon completion of the requirements
How long does it take to complete a SAFe Skill?
All skills are designed to be completed in less than 1 hour.
How do I find SAFe Skills?
SAFe Skills will be delivered through Studio. You can find them in the "Resources and Media Library".
Is there a recognition earned upon completion of a SAFe Skill?
Yes! Upon completion of all requirements, learners will earn their recognition. This recognition will appear on Studio in the Achievements section of My Learning. Learners will also be awarded a digital badge, which they can claim and share through Credly after opting in to receive them as normal for digital badges.
Do recognitions earned from SAFe Skill e-learnings expire or have renewal criteria?
No. SAFe Skills Badges do not expire nor have renewal criteria.
Are SAFe Skills included in my Studio access?
SPCs and other certified members will have access to SAFe Skills.
SAFe Skills are outside of the SES, and SES customers can get SAFe Skills by purchasing SES+ or SES Premium.
What languages are SAFe Skills available in?
All our SAFe Skills are available in English.
