How do I enhance my knowledge of SAFe 6.0 if I have not attended a SAFe 6.0 training?
We recommend starting SAFe 6.0 Upgrade as this will provide new information and video content and also upgrade your existing SAFe 5 certifications upon completion.

I’m SAFe 5 certified; will my certification still be valid after 6.0 is live?
Yes! All previously earned certifications will still be valid.
Do I need to take a 6.0 class to have a 6.0 certification?
You will need to complete either a SAFe 6.0 course for any new certifications OR complete the SAFe 6.0 Upgrade to upgrade your existing version 5 certifications.
Do I have to take a new exam to become SAFe 6.0 certified?
The SAFe 6.0 Upgrade does not have a required exam unless you are upgrading an SPC 5 certification. In this case, there is a SAFe 6.0 Upgrade Quiz with a 45-minute timer for 20 questions.
If you are not upgrading an SPC 5 certification, then you will not need to take the exam to upgrade your SAFe 5 certifications to 6.0.
How do I register for a SAFe 6.0 course?

My SAFe 5 certification is expired. Am I able to certify on SAFe 6.0?
Yes. You will only need to renew your SAFe 5 Certification and then complete the SAFe 6.0 Upgrade to obtain a SAFe 6.0 Certification for each of your previously completed SAFe 5 Certifications.
Will I have a digital badge for SAFe 6.0?
Yes! You will receive a new SAFe 6.0 Badge for any certifications you currently hold after you complete the SAFe 6.0 Upgrade (except ASE and Gov which are not currently available).

Can I access SAFe® toolkits for SAFe 6.0?
Yes, you can access these from the Home Page, by navigating to the “Practice -> SAFe Toolkits” section.
I’m already signed up for a class; how do I find out the version?
The best thing to do would be to check the “Learn -> My Classes” page to see what course you are scheduled to attend. If the information is not there yet, you will want to reach out to your instructor so they can verify which version they intend to teach.
If neither of the above options works out, you can submit a case on support.scaledagile.com, and the Support Team can look into that for you.
They will need to know:
The email address with which you registered
The instructor’s name and email address
If I find something that’s not up to date, how do I report it?
You can create a case on support.scaledagile.com. The Support Team will prioritize the feedback as it comes in and make sure it gets into the hands of the correct team to be added to the backlog.
When doing so, please provide the following information:
The full URL of the page/location in courseware with the error
The specific information that needs to be updated
Why does my digital badge NOT show SAFe 6?
Great Catch! Between March 15th and 21st, 2023, we had a misprint that did NOT include the term SAFe 6 on the digital badge. Don't worry; if you received one of these digital badges, they still represent SAFe 6 achievement and can be verified.
