There are a few ways to do so with our new support experience.
In the lower right corner of any page on support.scaledagile.com is a chat widget that looks like a speech bubble. Opening up that widget will allow you to contact us directly and create a case that can be tracked from within the same widget.
If you are using the chat widget:
Ask to speak to a human or live agent
Ask to submit a support ticket
