Advanced SAFe Practice Consultant (ASPC) Policy

Updated over 2 months ago

The ASPC is Scaled Agile's premier certification, designed for experienced SPCs who are ready to lead complex, large-scale transformations. It is an advanced credential that requires significant practical knowledge and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

  • Format: The ASPC is a modular, blended learning path. It consists of self-paced modules, live facilitated sessions (including a "Learning Lab"), and a final, scenario-based exam.

  • Prerequisites: A candidate must hold an active SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification to be eligible for the ASPC path class attendance. Only active SPC’s will be eligible to be rostered and to take the ASPC exam upon completion of the class and be a Certified Advanced SAFe Practice Consultant (ASPC). Our system does not allow for expired SPC’s to be rostered to the class.

  • Membership: Once achieving the ASPC certification, this is the new renewal date in the system, providing 1 year of membership with the achievement.

Renewal: The ASPC is an annual renewable credential, covered under the SAFe Expert membership tier. The renewal fee of $995 per year automatically renews all lower-level SAFe certifications the individual holds, including the SPC.
