Create Sticky Notes

Go to app.piplanning.io
1. Click here
2. Select the sticky type to create
Click the selected button
3. With a right mouse click, you can select "Create New Sticky Note" from the list
Initiate the creation of a new sticky note.
4. Select the Sticky Type to be created
Select the category for your sticky note.
Change Sticky Notes

Go to app.piplanning.io
1. Select the sticky you want to change
Access the "User Story" module.
2. Click the sticky color in the menu above
Click here
3. Select the new sticky type in the list drop-down
Choose the "Sticky Note" option.
Linking Sticky Notes and Objectives

1. Select the Feature you want to attach to an objective
Open the "COST of" section.
2. Select the pin to drag the string directly to the objective

3. You can validate the link by seeing the item count increase
4. You can also see in list view by clicking into the objective links
Choose a Team from the list.

1. Click "Create new sticky note"
Click on "Create new sticky note"
2. Click "Create new sticky note"

3. Click "Dependency"
Click on "Dependency"
4. Fill "Working conversation"
Enter "Working conversation"
5. Select the pin at the bottom of the dependency
Click the selected option
6. Drag the string to the work item you want to connect it to

7. Select "No Team" to view list of possible teams for delivery
Click on "No team"
8. Click "FulfillmentTeam"
Click on "FulfillmentTeam"
9. Let's toggle to the receiving team's view
Click on "Mangoes - ADO"
10. Click "FulfillmentTeam"
Click on "FulfillmentTeam"

12. The receiving team can now connect their work items to the dependency

14. Select the gray bubble on the bottom left corner
Click on "Back end work"
15. We can now see a list of connected work items
