Go to setup.piplanning.io
1. Click "ALM Connections"
Click on "ALM Connections"
2. Click "Add new ALM Connection"
Navigate to "Add new ALM Connection"
3. Click "Jira"
Choose the "Jira" option
4. Click "Next"
Click on the "Next" button.
5. Enter Connection Name
Click on the "Connection name" field.
6. Enter Customer JIRA URL
Click and enter "https://example.atlassian.net"" in the designated field.
7. Click "Connect to Jira"
Click on the "Connect to Jira" button.
8. Click the "Settings" Cog
Click here
9. Click "Products"
Navigate to the "Products" section
10. Click "Application links"
Access the "Application links" page
11. Click "Create link"
Choose the "Create link" option
12. Select "Direct Application Link"
Enter the appropriate "external" information
13. Fill "https://piplanning.io""
Enter the URL as "https://piplanning.io""
14. Click "Continue"
Proceed by clicking "Continue"
15. Select "Use this URL"
Select the "on" option
16. Click "Continue"
Continue by clicking "Continue"
17. Click "Application Name"
Select the "Application Name" option
18. Fill "piplanning.io"
Enter "piplanning.io" as the value
19. Select "Create Incoming link"
Choose the "on" option
20. Click "Continue"
Proceed by clicking "Continue"
21. Switch to RTE Cockpit
Navigate to "setup.piplanning.io"
22. Copy unique Consumer Key
Click the "Copy" button.
23. Switch to Application Link Setup
Switch to "piplanning.atlassian.net"
24. Click "Consumer Key"
Click the "Consumer Key" button.
25. Paste Unique Consumer Key
Enter "pip-65440dd4d70570eb02807265".
26. Switch to RTE Cockpit
Navigate to "setup.piplanning.io"
27. Copy Public Key
Click the "Copy" button.
28. Switch to Application Link Setup
Go to "piplanning.atlassian.net"
29. Click "Consumer Name"
Click the "Consumer Name" button.
30. Fill "piplanning.io"
Enter "piplanning.io".
31. Click "Public Key"
Click the "Public Key" button.
32. Paste Public Key
Enter the public key.
33. Click "Continue"
Click the "Continue" button.
34. In the RTE Cockpit, Click "Authenticate"
Click on "Authenticate"
35. When JIRA pop-up appears, Click "Allow"
Switch to "piplanning.atlassian.net"
36. When JIRA pop-up appears, Click "Allow"
Navigate to "Allow"
37. Click "Webhook"
Click on the "Webhook" option.
38. Click the "Settings" Cog
Click here
39. Click "System"
Click on the "System" option to manage general configuration, global permissions, look and feel, and more.
40. Click "WebHooks"
Click on the "WebHooks" option.
41. Click "Create a WebHook"
Click on the "Create a WebHook" option.
42. Fill "piplanning.io"
Enter "piplanning.io" in the specified field.
43. Click "Status - Enabled"
Click on the specified status option.
44. Fill "on"
Enter "on" in the specified field.
45. Fill "on"
Enter "on" in the specified field.
46. Fill "on"
Enter "on" in the specified field.
47. Fill "on"
Enter "on" in the specified field.
48. Fill "on"
Enter "on" in the specified field.
49. Click "Create"
