Explore the RTE Cockpit in Piplanning by following these instructions. From accessing specific boards to navigating through different sections, this guide will help you familiarize yourself with the features and functionalities available within the application.

1. Click "RTE Cockpit"

Access the RTE Cockpit.

Click 'RTE Cockpit'

2. Switch to "setup.piplanning.io"

Navigate to the setup page.

Switch to 'setup.piplanning.io'

3. Click here to edit or make a new PI with the button below

4. Click the PI name

This field will allow you to name the new PI.

5. Click the date

Select the start date for the new PI

Click the date

6. Click "Teams"

Access the Teams section to select which teams will participate in this event.

Click 'Teams'

7. Click "Teams without boards"

Access the Teams without boards section to add teams in that don't need their own board.

8. Click "Team Boards"

Access Team Boards.

9. Click "ART PI Risk Board"

Access ART PI Risk Board.

10. Click "ART Backlog Board"

11. Click "ART Planning Board"

Access ART Planning Board. Also in sections 7 and 8 you'll notice that you can create settings for Solution Trains and Solution Boards if you choose to.

12. Click "Collaboration Canvases"

Access Collaboration Canvases. Also in section 10 of the screenshot below you'll notice you can pre-set some linking functionality if you choose to use it.

13. Click "Iterations"

Access the Iterations section. This section will allow you to manage your iterations.

14. Click "Organization"

Access the Organization section. This will allow you to access the Teams, ARTs, and Solution Trains for your PI.

16. Click "Solution Trains"

17. Click "Users"

Access the Users section if you need to add users.

18. Click "ALM Connections"

Access ALM Connections to manage your connections to our supported ALM tools (Jira, Rally, AzureDevOps).
